Exhibitor Guidelines

  • To ensure a smooth and impactful exhibition experience at Bharat Steel 2026, all exhibitors are required to follow the official participation guidelines outlined below.

πŸ› οΈ Stall Setup & Breakdown

  • Setup Timing: Start: 14 April 2026, 09:00 hrs; Complete by: 15 April 2026, 18:00 hrs (strictly enforced)
  • Dismantling: Begins: 17 April 2026, 18:30 hrs; Must be completed by: 18 April 2026, 12:00 hrs
  • Working Hours: Exhibition open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on 16–17 April.

🧱 Booth Specifications: Shell Scheme Inclusions (12 sqm+):

  • Octanorm wall panels
  • Fascia with exhibitor name
  • 1 table, 2 chairs, waste bin
  • 1 plug point (5 amp)
  • 3 spotlights
  • Carpeted flooring

Bare Space Exhibitors:

  • Must build custom booths within allocated space
  • Height limit: 4 meters
  • Booth drawings to be submitted for approval by 15 March 2026

  • Power supply, internet, and water connections available on request
  • Submit electrical load requirements by 25 March 2026
  • Onsite technical team available for support

πŸ“¦ Logistics & Material Handling

  • Entry via Gate 10 – Pragati Maidan Cargo/Service Entry
  • Material must be labeled with Exhibitor Name + Stall No.
  • Only registered vendors are allowed for booth setup and unloading

🧾 Badges & Access

  • Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times inside the venue
  • Badge requests to be submitted via portal by 1 April 2026
  • Limited number of complimentary exhibitor badges based on stall size

  • No flammable materials, loud music, or obstruction of aisles
  • Fire extinguishers and safety compliance mandatory
  • Food & beverage not allowed inside booths without written approval
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and booth hygiene

🧭 Additional Support

  • Booth branding, AV, furniture rental, and internet upgrades available via Official Vendor Portal
  • Hotel booking and shuttle support for outstation teams
