✅ Steps to Obtain Your Delegate Pass

1️⃣ Login to Your Account

• Use your registered email to log in securely.
   

2️⃣ Upgrade Access to Delegate

In your dashboard:

• Click "Upgrade Your Access"
• Select Delegate role
• Proceed to online payment
• Fee: ₹5,000 (Indian) / $100 (Foreign)
• Discounts auto-applied for early bird, FICCI members, and groups (3+)
• 🧾 Payment receipt and access approval will be emailed within 24 hours.

3️⃣ Complete/Update Profile

Make sure your profile includes:

• Full Name & Photograph
• Organization & Designation
• Email, Mobile, Country
• Valid Photo ID (Govt. or Organization)
• 🛂 Incomplete profiles will not be eligible for pass generation.

4️⃣ Generate Delegate Pass

Once access is approved:

• Visit the “Generate Delegate Pass” page
• Your delegate badge will display:
• QR Code
• Category & Access Level
• Photo & Registration ID
• Download PDF or save to your phone
